We give an hour long arrival window as our team goes job to job. Sometimes things take longer than expected. If your cleaner hasn’t arrived in their time slot, please contact us at support@themopandbroom.com or (817) 585-8622 to reschedule or get a refund.

Our cleaners can usually complete cleanings in 2-4 hours, but each residence and job is different so times do vary. That is why we charge a flat rate as opposed to an hourly price!
